Please ensure all returned items are in their original packaging with the seal intact, unless the product is being returned due to spoilage.

Contact our sommelier team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to report a damaged or corked bottle.
Verify the Issue
Provide photos of the damaged packaging or describe the taste profile if the wine is suspected to be oxidized or cork-tainted.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the bottle in its original protective shipping container to prevent further breakage during its return transit.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our cellar team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
