How do you ensure the quality of the wine during shipping?

All bottles are shipped in temperature-controlled, shock-resistant packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, maintaining the integrity of the vintage.

What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?

If you believe a bottle is corked or otherwise flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund or exchange upon verification of the defect.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes, by law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid ID and sign for any delivery containing alcohol.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, King's Wine Cellar ships to select states within the US and international destinations where local customs laws permit the direct import of alcohol.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Once your order is dispatched from our cellar, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's journey to your doorstep.

Are there discounts for bulk or case purchases?

Absolutely. We offer a 10% discount on orders of 12 bottles or more, and exclusive pricing is available for corporate events or private cellar stocking.
